Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to deliver a booking: your name, contact details, service address and vehicle information, plus the payment reference returned by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.

Photographs taken before and after a service are kept as a record of the work. We will not publish an identifiable image of your vehicle without permission.

Your information is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the providers required to run the service — payment processing, email and scheduling.
