Terms of service

Bookings and deposits. A deposit reserves your appointment and is deducted from the final balance. The balance is due on completion.

Cancellations. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit.

Access. We need safe, legal access to the vehicle at the address provided. If we cannot access or work on the vehicle on arrival, the appointment counts as a late cancellation.

Condition and results. Detailing improves condition; it cannot reverse deep scratches, dents, or damaged trim. We assess and advise before starting, and quote any additional work for approval.

Liability. We are insured for the work we carry out. Pre-existing damage is documented on arrival, and we are not responsible for faults present before the service.
